Tuesday Bible Study
Every Tuesday at 12pm, we gather in the Adult Sunday School room in the Fellowship Hall and via Zoom for weekly Bible study. No matter the weather, we gather together! Our Bible study gathering is welcome to people of all ages, biblical knowledge, no matter where you find yourself in your walk with Christ.
Our Bible study is stripped down to the foundation of it all - the Bible. We read the Bible one book at a time. Together, we read small sections one at a time, discuss the section, ask questions, and share our thoughts and reflections. Anyone with an open heart, open mind, and a Bible is welcome to join us on Tuesday's as we read the Word together.

Friday Prayer Gatherings
From 10-11am on the first and third Friday of every month, we gather under the outdoor shelter at Mt. Pleasant UMC with members of the community and members of Mt. Pleasant UMC, Hamlets Chapel AME Church, and Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church for a time of communal prayer. It is different every time we gather, but the general structure is a centering devotion and a time of prayer. We share our joys and concerns, and we pray for and with each other. If you are looking for a space welcome to ALL people, a space where you can lay it all down, a space for prayerful and powerful fellowship, we hope you will join us!
